Thanks to Sarah McCarthy-West for a very useful session on developing a marketing plan for your business.
One of the main items I picked up from this is that everyone needs to have a unique selling point (USP) and this has to be for the benefit of a customer.
A great way to help define this is to draw up a press release about yourself.
