How many emails do you write a day – 20/40/50 or maybe more.
How many times do you ask people to connect with you on your social sites or to sign up to your newsletter – 1/2/3?
If only you could have figures as high as your emails – well you can, add it all to your email signature!
I see so many signatures that don’t even have a contact number on it and I find this quiet frustrating if I want to contact someone and I then have to Google their company and contact details, it just wastes time. So take 15 mins and look at what yours includes.
Some suggestions below on what your email signature could contain:
- Your Name
- Company Name
- Contact Number
- Website Address
- Social Profile Links
- Your Logo
- Link to your Newsletter
- Link to your Blog
- The hours you work
- Skype Name
Your email signature is free marketing for your business so make sure you make the most of it.
